I lost my husband 5 years ago and life went on in an empty sort of way but everything was an effort. Work became more pressurised and eventually I reached breaking point. A friend on mine recommended Jonathan as she had been to see him through CRUSE Bereavement a few years ago. I was very skeptical of counsellors but thought that if he had helped my friend (she was a tough nut to crack!) it was worth a try. I was amazed to find even after the first session how much better I felt. Jonathan was easy to talk to and I felt safe and understood for the first time since my husband had died. I had 12 sessions in total and I now have moved on with my life and retired. 12 sessions with Jonathan cost far less than a 2 week holiday and has given me my life back.
